when Jesus stepped into the arena the tongues started wagging. think about it ... much like wagging tongues today ... but in a much smaller segment of the world, because there was no social media ... no media of the ilk that we have today, but there were learned spectators and men of caution and careful practices. some not so careful ... and many went by what the learned said and many went by what the loudest said.

so ............ let's just ... for a moment ... say that "Jesus" is a myth. if man were somehow forced to believe this statement, how could he rectify belief in the Christ? how could he adjust to a reality of God's Son if no son? what if science proved there can be no virgin birth (I am smiling here :) ... what if the diggers discovered evidence---actual evidence---in some form that Jesus did not die on the cross as the story goes and there was no Pilate and the whole grandiose spectacle ... like a very old grave unearthed that has a stone buried with it stating the name of a human being, and his name was something different, but what was written stated that he was a prophet in his day, originally of the Essenes sect, spoke for a period of time and started a movement ... a continuation of the old writings but with new understanding as this was gifted him ... and somewhere in this an indication that he was called Jesus or was responsible for the Jesus verse. and the people, over time, became so zealous of these writings that they created the Jesus movement in the form of Christianity, but the writings themselves were of another language, born of virgin epitaph ... filled with Spiritual Imagery and Spiritual Metaphor ... and not meant for the literalism of man's mindset ... because man had not yet moved into the heart of the Word on this.

what if the Christ is finally within reach? what was before was paradox but now is brightening to be known ... like a darkness being lifted ...

what if the Christ is in the process of the return? to show mankind his beginnings? one would be foolish not to ask, "what then is the Christ?" remember ... the text was translated by what---how? the life of this type of believer/belief was already underway ... the text followed in the versions that you see today, but there was, of course, debate over which writings could or should make up the official Word of God ... and some accepted one way and some another and so on ... and Jesus was understood within these in various forms. the "gnostics" were booted out at some point ... the texts like the gospels of PHILIP and THOMAS and ... the secret books of JOHN and the revelations of PAUL AND JAMES ... buried. hidden. found a very long time later and still ... no "official" acceptance of these "gnostic" texts ... as christianity was in full rage and rightness ...

wow. just wow. in all of this, Jesus became many things to many people ... so, he could not really be a myth, could he? or could it be that history created the myth? created a Jesus movement that was really intended as a PEACE movement and 'Jesus' is that Peace---understood as that Peace. Recall it said, I came not to bring peace but a sword. but, of course, no one believing in Christ believes Jesus really meant a sword---right? a sword to cut and bleed and kill people? maybe man assumed the wrong usage of that sword ... and he sure seems to be swinging it a lot these days ... slashing about ... ugh :( it's like we have stepped back into the days of the samurai ... eek.

what if JESUS is really meant as a "THE" ... like,  the _____ ... THE Messiah ... a sort of exclamation purpose before the Christ. you may notice in the Writings that sometimes Jesus Christ is written and sometimes Christ Jesus is written. hmm ...
